Steve has been selling real estate for many years now, having worked out of Harcourts New Brighton office for almost 10 years, St Albans for two and of course now the Shirley office. In fact, when he started in real estate he had black hair!! Need anything else be said. For a majority of years he has worked at Harcourts he has been in the top 100 Nationally and top 20 locally. Steve has been responsible for the sale of literally hundreds of homes covering the area as far North as Waipara, South as Winchester/Rangitata and the West Coast.

Steve’s versatility in real estate is well known and recorded. He is one of Harcourts rural agents, and is capable of and has sold many farms, orchards and vacant blocks in the Canterbury region. He has also been responsible for the sale and/or lease of many business’s and buildings in the commercial sector and has an extensive range of them currently on his books.
