For many years Roger was the managing partner in his own specialist insurance brokerage. He had direct responsibility for national and international marketing and sales and a company turnover of several million dollars. He takes a keen interest in the local community and was for several years the president of the Amberley and District Business Association.

Roger is a very much a people person and also has experience in the running of self-development courses. His keen enthusiasm for selling coupled with a sound background in real estate and his willingness to go the extra mile has resulted in many delighted vendors and buyers alike. He has an excellent understanding of the residential property market and hands on experience of lifestyle blocks gained through running his own 25- acre property for the last eight years.
