As well as an affinity with management, Kevin is also skilled in technology, with his first job as an apprentice for a television and video servicing company setting him onto the path he has since followed.

Originally from Invercargill Kevin got a taste for the corporate market when he started his own business supplying wine to corporate clients throughout New Zealand from his base in Invercargill. From here Kevin moved into the real estate profession, becoming Business Manager of Ray White in Invercargill where his name became synonymous with success achieving some amazing results growing the office into a major force in the southern real estate market.

With an understanding of what clients need, Kevin developed both a property management division and a financial services within the office, enabling them to offer the public all the assistance they require right under one roof, and it is a little wonder the office trebled in size

A move to Christchurch saw Kevin head back to school where he completed a year long Post Graduate Diploma in Digital Video Post Production, after which he gained a job as an account manager for Ricoh.

Kevin's passion for the real estate industry and his amazing capacity for management has seen him come back to the career he loves once again, and with a large staff of sales agents as well as a property manager in his office he really is in his element.
